Courtyard Hartford Farmington

The breakfast was OK but there was confusion with my Booking.com reservation that included prepaid breakfast - for some reason the restaurant refused to give me a full Starbucks coffee and would only give me a small number of items from the menu even though I had prepaid $20 per day for breakfast. They were happy to make one item (breakfast roll) that costs $11 but would not prepare a different item (french toast) that costs the same. And I had to go to front desk twice to make sure my credits were visible to the restaurant staff. It would be nice if this process were smoother.

The property is beautiful, I believe newly renovated. But I had to end up packing at 6 am because we couldn’t sleep. The pillows flatten down to the mattress. The heat popped on all night long. The thermostats was set for 63, room was 73. So we just went home to get some well needed rest.

Breakfast and location was fabulous
